Janice Scarborough

Janice has been a licensed and full time Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and Virginia for the past 30 years. Relocating 18 years ago to Currituck from Winchester VA. She and her husband are now living their dream in Currituck County’s 4-wheel drive area of Corolla, in Carova Beach. If they are not on the beach they are in Powells Point at their home surrounded by the Scarborough Family. When she isn’t working, she is always looking out for her fellow Real Estate Brokers, in leadership with the Outer Banks Association of Realtors and the North Carolina Realtors Association. Or maybe she is donating her time at the Carova Beach Fire and Rescue Auxiliary. Recently she has been appointed to the Currituck County ABC Board. Currently she is working at Howard Hanna Outer Banks in Kill Devil Hills and focusing on the sale of properties in the 4-wheel drive area, Corolla, Duck, Southern Shores, Kitty Hawk, Kill Devil Hills, Nags Head and lower Currituck.
