Janice Stahler

Janice was born and raised in Orange County, CA. She attended Cal State Fullerton where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a Concentration in Finance and Emphasis in Real Estate in 2005. During her college years, Janice gravitated towards the family Real Estate business and started working with her parents at their brokerage that specializes in selling Assisted Living and Healthcare Facilities. She got her Real Estate license in 2004 and worked for JCH Consulting Group successfully selling licensed single-family homes and businesses that cared for seniors or developmentally disabled. In 2013, she decided to leave the family business and become a more localized Residential agent and joined First Team Real Estate in early 2013. Janice loves helping people buy and sell homes and enjoys consulting and assisting throughout the entire process. Her priority is to make sure her clients are protected and happy from start to finish. In her spare time, Janice enjoys being a new mommy, traveling with her husband, hanging out with her five dogs, practicing yoga, cruising on the Colorado River, and going to country concerts with her Mom.
