We had a great experience with Janice Taylor as our realtor. Within two months we sold our house, bought a new one, and moved. Janice is extraordinary. She has a great team working with her, doing everything that needs to be done to get your house sold. Her staging makes your house look wonderful (and gives you a lot of ideas for decorating your new house). Janice works carefully with your bank and closing attorney to ensure that closing will occur when scheduled. And what’s more, Janice and everyone on her team are wonderful people who are really dedicated to helping you sell your home or buy a new one. Janice really understands the market and how it works. I hope I never move again, but if I do, Janice will definitely be my realtor and I tell all my friends what a great experience it is to work with her.

Janice and her team are one of the best if not THE BEST realtors in Richmond. She won our listing over the competition because of her record of success in selling similar homes, the completeness of her service offering, the competitiveness of her fees, her staging acumen, and her personal dedication to client service. She lived up to our expectations and more. We had an offer within one week and multiple offers shortly thereafter, selling our house in three weeks. She then stepped in to provide recommendations on how to deal with all the stuff we were not moving. Our online auction went smoothly as did our closing. We could not be more delighted!
