I have known Joe and Janice for 6 or more years. We met at one of Joe's open houses. I immediately was drawn to his down to earth approach and his honesty and integrity. I would (and have) recommended the team to all my friends. They work very hard for their clients and always with a smile. They are very responsive and go far above and beyond what anyone would expect from their real estate agent.

We met Janice during one of our many visits to Celebration when we called into the Century 21 offices. From that first meeting we found her to be helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. On our return home to the UK she continued to visit prospective properties on our behalf, sometimes at very short notice, took photographs and gave us her honest opinion on each property. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt she was someone we could trust. When we finally found ‘the one’ she put in an offer and Janice and Joe followed the process all the way through to completion, even accompanying us to complete the legal process. Their knowledge of a market completely alien to us was invaluable. We bought our property without viewing it! Friends and family at home thought we were mad and maybe we were, but we completely trusted Janice and Joe. Earlier this year we reluctantly had to abort the purchase of a second property. The process had taken a considerable amount of time and effort by Janice but her reaction was ‘not a problem, it’s my job’. We would have had a very different reaction in the UK! We would recommend Joe and Janice to anyone buying a property in and around Celebration. Their integrity, passion for what they do, work ethic, knowledge of the market and sense of humour make them two very special people. We wish them continued success for many years to come. We bought our home through Joe White and Janice Reid because they were the only realtors who answered the phone on a Saturday! It is the only time we have recommended a realtor to friends and bought a second house with the same realtor. Having bought and sold 7 homes in our life we know a good realtor when we see one.
