We met Janie 6 years ago when we were looking into buying our house in Washington, we were new in the state and she was recommended by our banker. It was an immediate connection with her, love her approach, and sense of humor. She was fairly new into real estate but she worked twice as hard to get our house. The experience was great and we didn't hesitate to contact her to help us sell this time. Once again, her knowledge, flexibility, help staging the house was amazing. We sold our house in record time! Janie is not just a realtor, she has become a close friend and one that we are very happy to recommend to anyone interested in buying or selling their property, we have been on both sides as clients and have nothing but wonderful things to say about her quality and professional services as a realtor.

Janie is literally the best! She was so helpful and so knowledgeable and made the stressful process of buying a house so much better! We were moving from across the country and couldn't be there in person, and Janie was very accommodating about that and took the time to do video tours for us. She's very responsive and really knows the area well. She's gone above and beyond for us and we couldn't be more satisfied!

Janie and her team were so great helping us sell our home recently!

Janie is someone it is easy to become comfortable with, her jokes and approach to communication in general is friendly and welcoming while still keeping things moving and not getting distracted. Which was perfect since time is very important to us and we needed this to be a quick transition.

Janie was also very resilient (and still very friendly) when my husband or I would get confused or worked up about something. She was quick to answer questions we had, usually with more information than we asked, which was actually very helpful.

Also, LOVED the emails we received from Caitlyn on her team. They were perfect, covered what we needed, gave dates, helpful reminders (like to stop utilities where needed) and let us know what would happen next and then what would happen after that.

We loved working with Janie and hope to see her when we come back to the area!

Janie was such a delight to work with. She worked with friends who referred me. From the very beginning, she was responsive at any hour of the day. As a first-time home buyer with a tight budget, I felt she understood what I was looking for and encouraged me to look at multiple houses. She wasn't pushy, but I knew that she would give me her honest opinion to either pursue an offer or keep looking. When the right house came along, Janie was relentless in negotiating on my behalf. Janie maintained a relationship with me even after the closing and offered help with moving. She even lined up her husband to come down and take out some overgrown shrubs for me! She is the best. Janie Tompke not only sold my home in Eastern Wa in two weeks, she also helped us get our new home in Lynden, Wa in record time as well. She definitely looks out for her clients in every way possible. In our particular situation, Janie was able to make the closing date on both homes be the same date. This definitely gave us a secure feeling considering the minimal time frame she had to work with to keep us from being “homeless”.
