Janiene Palmeri has been a real estate salesperson since 2012 and loves every minute of it! She has also co-owned and managed an apartment complex with her husband, Steve, since 2004. These professions dovetail nicely and allow a flexible work schedule for her to be available to her real estate customers whenever they need her.
Prior to moving to Buffalo in 2003, Janiene spent over 20 years in the insurance industry in the Pacific Northwest and Boston MA. Her background includes customer service, underwriting, marketing and business development in structured environments.
Janiene believes in combining work experience with life experience when helping real estate customers. For example, her relocation from west to east coast helps her better serve those that are relocating in or out of the area. And her property management experience and past volunteerism with Habitat for Humanity enhances the level of customer service she provides.
In addition to being a real estate agent, Janiene is an avid animal lover and a strong believer in giving back to our community. She volunteers with a local farm animal sanctuary and donates a portion of each commission to help this rescue.
