About Janina

I obtained my Real Estate license in the year of 2006 not long after the Real Estate business slowed down. I made the decision to go back to school and continued my education as a preschool teacher and later on, I graduated with honors and got my Bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Management at Polk State College. Having a degree has helped me tremendously in building and growing my career. I been working in the Real Estate industry, managing several rental properties and dealing a variety of deals has given me the necessary skills to be your realtor. I work diligently by our Code of Ethics as part of the National Association of realtors and The National Association of Property Managers. I am a certified Price Specialist Advisor and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource. I obtained the recognized designation as a Seller Representative Specialist and as a Broker Manager.
