Janine was the most amazing realtor I have ever had the pleasure of working with; from the very first meeting , through settlement and afterwards, she was always the consummate professional. She was prompt, accurate, always available and paid close attention to all of the details and nuances of selling a house. Janine, Tom and the team were amazing! They are experienced, knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, and go above and beyond. They went on countless showings with us and were patient and showed us a lot of grace. We never got the feeling they were tired of going on showings with us, never felt pressured into making a decision, and honestly felt they wanted the best for us. I wholeheartedly recommend Janine and her team and will only use them for our future property needs.

On a personal note, Janine was kind to our children, whom had to attend some of the showings, and she was good with engaging with them and giving them little treats. Janine is also very thoughtful and I’ve grown so close to her during our months together. I intend to stay in touch with her for sure.

I have known and worked with Janine and Tom for many years now and most recently, sold a home with them in 2020. I can't say enough good things about them! Janine has represented us on 7 real estate transactions over the past five years. I have used a number of other real estate agents before and Janine is easily the best one I have ever worked with. She is very responsive, knows the market very well, has in depth understanding of the legal aspects of real estate transactions, and has outstanding integrity. Janine will provide assistance throughout the process of buying or selling a property (not every agent does that). She will reach out to the township, find you a great contractor if you need one, and help you with your mortgage.
