Janine Morovati has been immersed in the real estate world since age thirteen, when she began translating real estate contracts, loan paperwork and construction documents for her father, a developer. She had preceded her parents to the US as a student and was fluent in English by the time they arrived five years later -- allowing her to be her father's eyes and ears. Although at times she was overwhelmed by the early responsibility, she knew she had to be thorough and detailed, since he was relying on her. By the time she got her agent’s license in 1984, she had years of intensive experience in real estate sales and development.
Today, with 35 years in the greater Foothill, Glendale, and Pasadena community, she brings an invaluable insider’s knowledge of the local market to her clients. Her lifelong background in development makes her both a seasoned expert in the complex business of real estate and an invaluable resource in helping clients visualize the potential of a property.
Janine is also a developer of single family homes, a pursuit that gives her an understanding of issues beyond that of many agents. With powerhouse connections on the development side, she’s able to draw on a vast network of contractors and property development professionals on her clients’ behalf. These advantages combine with her inborn passion for real estate and deep desire to help others achieve their dreams as homeowners … making her a powerful, passionate ally for sellers and buyers alike.
Janine is fluent in Armenian and Farsi and knows some Spanish.
