I can't express enough superlatives to explain the searching and knowledge that Janine provided us with. From immediate property updates, to always being available, to price points, regions, previous transactions on property, county data, etc. I could go on and on raving how well a job she did for us in helping purchase this unit. Janine even went and took a video of the unit so we would have a better idea rather than just see the few pics (if any) on Zillow. We were purchasing the property out of state site unseen so needless to say there were quite a few problems on the selling side but Janine is a wealth of knowledge. Janine knows the area well and is extremely adept in all aspects of realty as well as all the other areas the process interacts with. Janine is on top of everything. I can't recommend enough to anyone looking to sell or buy property in the area to not contact Janine!! Janine's the Realtor for you !! Janine has become more than just a realtor after the close.

Janine helped me navigate all the steps involved to buying my first home. In her first list of home options, I found the one I wanted which met all criteria (price range, square footage, neighborhood). My wife and I flew in from out of town and were on a 3 day Florida mission to find a condo near/on the beach. Janine was called last minute when a different realtor dropped the ball but she immediately responded to our call. Within hours she had 2 days completely organized with multiple locations to view. Her knowledge of the area, expertise in the field and extreme professionalism is beyond words. No doubt, she went way above the call of duty on our particular contract and we couldn't be more grateful that we met her. I would completely trust her with all of our future transactions. It's rare I take the time to write a review but it would be a disservice to others if I did not share my wonderful experience with Janine. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Janine is an EXPERT on real estate transactions. She is passionate about making sure all T's are crossed and I's are doted. I can honestly say if it wasn't for her, my deal would have fallen through. She is VERY knowledgeable, honest and above all has something I feel is most important, INTEGRITY. She was very responsive and always made sure to keep me up to date on the progress on my purchase. I would recommend Janine to anyone that is looking to buy or sell real estate in the South Florida market. She is truly one of THE BEST!

Janine responded to our request for property in a very timely manor and provided an organized list of properties for us to review. After studying the list of properties we had a discussion about each property. She then organized several days of visiting properties until we chose one. At this point in the process Janine negotiated with the sellers broker and after much hard work she was able to bring the purchase price to an agreeable conclusion. Janine was present for the inspection and worked with our attorney so we could close in a very short time. She is very professional and detail oriented, we would highly recommend Janine to anyone interested in purchasing property in South Florida.
