Janine Toundaian

Janine is an Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Professionals. She has over 20 years of real estate experience. As a lifelong resident of the Birmingham/Bloomfield Community, she prefers to think of herself as “your personal real estate guru.”

As a second-generation realtor, Janine began her real estate career assisting her Mom at Coldwell Banker. While helping her with all the details that go into every deal, Janine recognized early on her interest in the Real Estate business. She pursued her dream to become a REALTOR and wanted to provide her clients with additional knowledge and insight into the Real Estate market; she then earned her Associate Broker title soon after.

Today, Janine has won many awards during her Real Estate career due to her expertise, integrity, and hardworking ethics. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Pete, and her two daughters, Samantha and Sydney.

Janine’s reputation as an exceptional realtor has led her from selling starter homes to first-time buyers to million-dollar homes.
