I cannot say enough great things about Janice, Ed, Constance and the whole team at Living In Lenawee Realty. My husband and I were looking for a home for many years through the tough market and had switched realtors a few times during that process. Once I contacted Janice, she and her team were determined to find us a home. They weren't scared about our past experiences, and wanted to make sure we would find exactly what we were looking for. My husband and I just closed on our first home with the help of Constance and the team. The communication was superb and kept us updated as soon as they would hear/find anything. Being first time homebuyers, we had lots of questions and they were so helpful in answering them and helping guide us through the process of buying a home. We highly recommend this team no matter who you work with!

Janis and Ed helped us sell our home in Tecumseh and buy our new house Saline. They were really easy to work with and answered all of our questions. We looked for a house for about 8 months and when we finally found one, they were able to sell our existing house right away at a great price so we weren't stuck with double mortgage payments. 10/10 We would use them again.

Living In Lenawee Realty has been such a huge help to my husband and I when trying to buy a home! We got all of our specifics worked out with a loan and contacted Living In Lenawee when we were ready to start looking. Not only did they help us get on it right away, but they set us up with Mollie who perfectly worked with our crazy busy work and life schedule and made everything a breeze! The process was made so easy for us and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Janis Montalvo and her team went above and beyond in the sale of my parents home. My elderly parents were not ready to move but their health made it impossible for them to live in this big house. Janis was so good with them and meet with them in their new home for all of the paper work including the closing which could have been very difficult. I would recommend living in Lenawee Realty and Janis Montalvo to any one looking to sell their home.

Hello, I'm the would have been seller. The buy/sell agreement, signed by, the would have been buyer, states the house is priced and being sold "as is". Within a week of the scheduled closing, the sellers agent, Jodi Rupert submits a email listing 1,700.00 of repairs needed to secure the FHA loan. She states the buyer is not able to pay for the repairs. I declined to pay. Janis and her team are awesome and I will definitely use them again and I'm sure with a different outcome.

I purchased a condo in Milan from Marc Hernandez in December just as I was leaving for the winter in Florida. I was extremely pleased with how the whole process went, from first viewing to video viewing, to closing quickly and with no fuss. I was in Florida for most of the transactions.
I have to give lots of credit to Maria Infusino who I think runs the whole office. She dealt very efficiently and professionally with the financial end, knew the answers to all questions, and kept all of us on track.

Janis served as our buyer agent in purchasing vacant lot adjacent to our home. Price came down and we knew we needed to act now if we were to get this land. When contacting Janis, she was on vacation. That did not stop her from writing up a purchase agreement and us electronically signed. By the time she was home from vacation, the deal was done and we closed shortly afterwards. We could not ask for a better experience as we had with Living in Lenawee Realty.

Making a move, buying a home, or selling a home is a major event in a person's life. But, when you move your family to new community it is even more stressful.
