About Janna

Born and raised in the heart of Tampa, with a fair share of worldwide travel and big city living in between, I'm very proud to call the Sunshine State my home. My parents came to Tampa from Havana, Cuba in the 1960's and were immediately drawn to Tampa's historic culture and natural beauty. In 1985, they started a successful real estate business – a venture that always included my brother and I and an experience that taught me the vast importance of hard work, integrity, and perseverance. This lifetime exposure to the real estate industry paired with a love and familiarity of the Tampa Bay area has lead my career to where it is today.

After graduating Plant High School and the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!), I've enjoyed a successful and diverse career in real estate, maintaining a track record of success every step of the way. Working as a property manager in Florida and Georgia, I turned low performance properties into top performers in both occupancy and budget. I've traveled the country as a marketing consultant to investors with newly acquired residential buildings where I was hired to market and fill the properties, implement new procedures, hire and train staff, and host events. While at KB Homes in 2007/2008, I was recognized as one of the top 200 Sales Counselors in the nation, earning a 10 rating on the JD Power Survey from my clients. It is through my experience and success as a top realtor that I understand my client's needs and therefore co-created a home services business that helps buyers and sellers prepare their homes to sell or move into.
