Cindy was terrific in helping my wife and I find our home. Communication was above and beyond expectations - never taking more than an hour to respond. More often than not response was immediate, which was very comforting knowing we had someone invested in us like that. Cindy was very patient as we toured over a dozen homes across several weeks. She guided us the entire way over a very difficult bid and negotiation process, contract signing, home inspections and all the way to closing. We were truly unprepared for how much Cindy became a part of our lives for the last 9 months. Janyce and Cindy are such a wonderful team. I knew from the first interview that they would be prepared to help me through every step of the process of preparing to sell my home. It was an older home that had been in my family for years. So of course there were unexpected issues that came up, and I was right—they were alway ready to get me through each issue. If they didn’t know the answer or have a person to recommend, they’d quickly research and get back to me. I never felt like I was alone to try to figure things out. They were supportive the whole way. I have already mentioned their names to people I know considering selling in the near future.
