Jared was so great to work with! Always had a positive attitude, very knowledgeable about the industry, and gave us realistic, practical advice. Because of our strict budget and the competitive market, it took us a little bit to find the right home we were willing to put an offer on, but Jared never complained about the many drives to many properties that were not always super close. He showed up, pointed out things of concern, things that could easily be spruced up, and overall kept us encouraged over the otherwise overwhelming prospect of house hunting! He was punctual, efficient at his work, and educated us on a lot of things. We would recommend him to anyone looking for a home and a great guy to go through the process with!
