Buying your first home is such a daunting task. There is a lot of things to consider that you know nothing about as a first timer. Jarrod made our first home purchase so easy. We felt good during the entire process. He was very easy to communicate with and always quick to reply. Anytime there was a house we wanted to see he was willing and ready to show it literally the next second that we were available. He even showed us some houses multiple times because we wanted parental advice. He was flexible and patient.

When it came time that we found the ONE, Jarrod gave us great advice and also was an excellent advocate for us. He was honest about his thoughts on the house, price, etc but also fought hard to get the house at the price point we wanted.

The offer and closing process was a breeze. No stress for us which is the total opposite of what you’d expect. Overall we really appreciate Jarrod’s help, advice, time, and all the work he put into making our home buying experience excellent.

Definitely recommend him to anyone buying a house.

Mr West was extremely helpful in our search for a home. He has a great eye for quality and is excellent at matching homes with our desired requirements. His skills as a handyman are also helpful in identifying things that are easy to fix vs things we should stay away from. Due to family constraints we ultimately chose to wait to move, but we will definitely seek him out again when we are ready to try again.

Jarrod was great to work with! He made our experience as first time home buyers super easy. He listened to what we wanted, took the time to show us quality homes and helped ease us through the whole process with explaining every step in detail. Not once did I feel left in the dark and I knew I could call or text him at anytime to get my questions answered.
