I recently had to sell my parents home and I signed with Jarvid Cortez after our first meeting. I immediately got a sense of honesty and work ethic from Jarvid which I did not experience from a few other realtors that I met with or spoke to beforehand. This not only proved true but he exceeded every expectation. Jarvid proved himself to be completely professional upon every aspect of this endeavor. He is not only honest, but his knowledge of real estate issues were met with complete confidence in getting the correct answers to every question that I had throughout the course of the preparation and execution of the sale. He was either at the house or just a phone call away to answer any questions I had and he was just as quick to check in with me with any issues that arrived on his end. Selling a home that has been in the family for over 75 years is a difficult thing to do. Jarvid has been not just a contractual business partner, but also a friend in need, ready to explain in layman’s terms, what best had to happen. I honestly feel that because of his compassion, dedication, and professionalism, I ended up selling the house for the highest amount possible! I would highly recommend Jarvid Cortez to all my friends and family, and anyone else who needs a truly professional realtor! This guy knows his stuff!!!
