Jaryd Takushi has been my realtor for over a decade. I recently sold my house in Central Park and can't say enough praise regarding how Jaryd made the experience successful. He brings 14 years of experience, an analytical approach, knowledge of local companies to use for inspection repairs and personal relationships with other realtors to the selling process.
He goes above and beyond a realtor's usual job description and gets done whatever needs to be done to get it sold, even taking leftover items to Goodwill or throwing out leftover items in storage room. His knowledge of staging, timing of open houses and local property sales is unsurpassed.

He told was to expect during the process, got us the exact price we wanted to get, and walked us through the inspection/appraisal/negotiation process to make sure we got to close in time. I found Jaryd’s contact information while searching on google for realtors in the Denver/Stapleton. My wife and I were searching the market for our first home and Jaryd was extremely knowledgeable about the community and the market, which made us feel a lot more confident. He suggested a home that was off our radar at the time and it ended up being the one we bought. He was patient, confident, and helpful throughout the entire process and was always checking in with us, the seller, and lender to make sure everything was running smoothly. It felt great knowing he had our back! We will definitely be contacting him for any of our real estate needs in the future!

I have known and used Jaryd for many years as he has assisted us with buying and selling houses. We could not be more happy with his services. He is a brilliant realtor that listens to your wants/needs and works hard to get you into the right house for you. When we sold, he helped us stage and did amazing photography to display our house. We were under contract on the first day for over asking, which is impressive for a little old house with an awkward lay out. I highly recommend Jaryd!

We found Jared a few years ago while perusing homes on Zillow. We met for cocktails where he quickly got an idea of the types of places and neighborhoods we were interested in. Although it took us a full year to find the perfect home, he remained patient with us and was always willing to show a property when something looked promising. His laid back personality and depth of knowledge in the industry was the perfect counterbalance to the stress of first time home buying. Since first meeting we have purchased two homes with him and referred Jared to my in-laws who used him when buying a condo downtown. We truly recommend him to anyone who will listen. If you are serious about buying a house, condo, etc., do yourself a favor and give him a ring.

My husband and I moved to Denver from St Louis in the summer of 2013. We decided to rent a home first, to get to know the area before buying. This was our 3rd home purchase. I researched realtors online before deciding to call Jaryd. I'm very happy we found him. We decided to move to Stapleton, Conservatory Green neighborhood and Jaryd was a huge help in the home building process.

This was our first new home purchase. He advised us on a lot, steering us away from the main busy street. He also moved into a new home, just down the street, which was very helpful when we couldn't make it down to the house. He was able to pop in to the model home and ask our questions for us. During our home inspection (Chris with Homespy Property Inspections), Jaryd asked questions we hadn't thought of or even considered since it was our first new build. We are very happy with Jaryd and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home!!
