Jason Boulay is a Rhode Island native and real estate broker serving Warwick, Cranston, Coventry, and surrounding Rhode Island communities, as well as southeastern Massachusetts and eastern Connecticut. Raised in Warwick, Jason brings nearly a decade of experience and strong local market knowledge to every real estate transaction.
Jason holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with honors in Management and Finance and has a professional background that includes over a decade in property management throughout Rhode Island. He managed large apartment communities, led on site teams, and oversaw multimillion dollar operating budgets, giving him a strong operational understanding of multifamily and income producing real estate.
Licensed as a real estate professional since 2016, Jason has consistently ranked in the top 20 percent of his office and has since earned his real estate broker’s license. He holds the Pricing Strategy Advisor designation, is an Accredited Residential Manager, and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Jason works with first time homebuyers, move up buyers, sellers, and investors across Cranston, Coventry, and nearby Rhode Island markets, with experience spanning single family homes, multifamily properties, and select commercial opportunities.
