About Jason

Jason Brown is a military veteran, former successful mortgage banker, and member of numerous land use boards and committees has seen just about every side there is to a real estate transaction! Originally licensed as a real estate agent in 1991, Jason transitioned to the mortgage banking side of the table in late 1997 to allow him more “at home time” with his family.

For the next 18 years he cherished his nights and weekends as he spent time with his wife and two young children working the traditional “banker’s hours” and spending his off time at the ball fields or children’s school events.

Then, in August 2015, his youngest left the nest, and the timing was perfect for him to make his return to the sales side of the table.

It turned out to be the PERFECT TIMING to make the move because Jason ended up working with more than thirty clients in his first year back AND was named the Southwest Indiana Association of REALTORS® Rookie REALTOR® of the year!

In 2021, Jason was elected to serve on the twenty-five member Southwest Indiana Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, which serves the REALTORS®, Appraisers, and Affiliates of the southwest most eleven counties of Indiana and was subsequently selected by his peers as the President-Elect and assumed the role of Association President in 2022!

Jason Brown is super easy to work with! I literally told him a couple houses I was looking at and was pretty much immediately scheduled to look at them! Not pushy, provides all of the necessary house information! He is also super helpful with providing lending resources! Being new to the area and not knowing where to look, made that a very helpful tool in order to compare rates and look at reviews! He is very knowledge about the area and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor! Pinnacle Realty Group by far exceeds a five star rating that’s for sure! Thanks for making this process super easy with no stress!
