I was a realtor in Chicago and we are moving to the home in TN and I must say Jason is THE BEST Realtor I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH! Before finding him, I had TN realtors call me and then drop off the face of the earth, not provide me with leads and ask me what I found! (I thought that was their job) Our first meeting my husband and I found homes on Zillow to look at, but Jason quickly picked up on the style, asked questions to try and understand what we were looking for and that night sent us more homes and recommended areas. (in that group was the home we are purchasing) Jason thinks, he acted on issues before I thought of them, he gave me the inspection contacts and then he called them for us, and then called them after the inspection! He recommended how to negotiate the issues. JASON COX sincerely thank you, you are one of a kind and made this home purchase so easy!

Jason contacted me regarding selling my townhouse in Lenox Village. He outlined to me his marketing plan which included taking professional pictures, MLS listing, and scheduling open houses. Jason listed our property, and he performed everything he promised to do in a very expeditious manner. He immediately held an open house and obtained a full price contract on the property within a week. Jason stayed in constant contact throughout the closing process and handled all the details regarding the sale of our property. Jason always acted in a professional manner, is very knowledgable regarding real estate transactions, and his communications were timely and professional. When we decided to relocate to the Franklin area a year ago, my daughter recommended Jason Cox as a realtor. Jason was younger than the other realtors we have worked with in the past. I have to be honest, I thought he might not be as knowledgeable as them. That was not to be the case. Jason knew the area well and also knew all the ins and outs of home buying. If we had a question he could not answer, he found the answer for us. We were not sure exactly what type of home we were looking for and Jason was very patient. He took us to all the areas and all types of homes without complaint. What impressed me most about Jason was how easy he was to communicate with. He always got right back with us when we contacted him. He was always ready to show us properties whenever we asked. After choosing a home and having our offer accepted, the rest of the procedure was smooth, even when we had to complete the closing paperwork on the home long distance, due to a death in my family. Our experience with Jason was so positive, we used him again when we decided to buy an investment property in the area. We have bought and sold six homes over the years and I can truly say Jason Cox is the best realtor we have ever used.

We live in Kentucky and were looking for a home in the Smyrna or La Vergne area for our daughter to go to school in Murfreesboro and Jason Cox was amazing! He was more than willing to look at the information for any home we found on the Internet and was very flexible to meet us at homes we were interested in on our tight schedule as we could only travel to Tennessee when we found something we really liked. Jason didn't care if we bought a home for $30,000 or one for $130,000- he just wanted to help us get a good home in a good location that we were satisfied with. Jason has been a tremendous help with three real estate transactions. He was very knowledgeable with the neighborhoods and up to date with the current markets and was able to negotiate the best price as well as help me reduce the overall cost that comes with purchasing/selling a home. He was always quick to respond to any questions, very accessible, and extremely proactive in getting any new information to me. He is very professional and takes the time to explain each document you are signing and will not leave with any unanswered questions. He was able to stage our home, get it on the market, and sell it in a remote location within a week because of his marketing expertise. Jason, way above and beyond, and a great guy to boot. Night and day he managed multiple emails from my wife and I as we sold our house and bought a new one. All while I was all over the country. Making sure we got to showings with what little time I had at home. Bottom line he made time for us and made us feel we were his focus and not just one of many he is juggling. Jason was fantastic!! Very responsive we were from California he actually drove to the house I was interested in and video taped the whole thing from me and my husband. Awesome:) He set us up with lenders, our credit took some hits with the upside down market in California, so we were not able to buy at this time. He then helped us find a rental and drove all over the place trying to find something that would suit us and our large dogs. I can't say enough good things about his work ethic, as soon as our credit challenges are over we look forward to working with him again!
