Issaquah Highlands, downtown Issaquah, Klahanie, North Bend, Sammamish Plateau, downtown Redmond, downtown Kirkland, West Lake Sammamish (Bellevue). Jason and his wife Lori are the proud parents of 16 year old James and 14 year old Hailey. Jason's wife Lori has worked for several local schools in the area. Their hobbies include fly fishing, golf, hiking, skiing, swimming, travel, cooking and their Australian Shepherd "Cooper."@aussiedogcooper in instagram!

Jason has worked exclusively with Windermere Real Estate for the past 18 years in the Seattle area, in addition, Jason also is licensed in California and works with Windermere in Walnut Creek CA. His areas of expertise include high-end premier properties, corporate relocation, investment properties, commercial properties, new construction, land development and residential sellers and residential buyers.

Jason has closed over $90 million in sales during his time with Windermere with sales ranging from $50k to $5.6M. Since Covid-19 Jason has helped many clients buy and sell with over 13M in sales since April 2021 in 3 markets! - Seattle/East Side , San Francisco Bay Area and Palm Springs CA! Jason's experience and proven results have set sales records in each of these respective markets!
