Jason Dunaway recently helped us purchase a home remotely. He was invaluable in checking every important detail. We did a virtual walkthrough, he answered the questions we had and advocated on our behalf to make this an amazing experience. When we first began exploring a move to the Virginia Beach area, we immediately enlisted the aide of an experienced real estate agent.

Jason was the first to respond to our request for information and he continually made himself available to answer and discuss any and all questions before we arrived in Virginia beach.

Jason met us at our hotel and drove us everywhere he felt based on our conversations best fit us. To be sure, Jason possesses probably the most important quality an excellent agent needs to have and that is outstanding communication skills.

In communication, Jason is both an excellent listener and communicator. He follows through with updates to a situation, is responsive to questions, and returns calls and texts when he says he will. My wife and I are very impressed with Jason's
friendly professionalism.

The second most important trait for us in dealing with an agent was his knowledge of the profession. In addition to knowing properties, locations, etc,. Jason is an expert in home building and has been in the contracting business most of his life.
In short, he knows what to look for in structures and properties to ensure his clients get the very best they can with their eyes open with no unpleasant surprises down the road. We found this incredibly reassuring.

Jason was never interested in selling us a property. It was evident early on that he was only interested in selling the "right" property for us. Jason is a rare person in that he genuinely cares about doing right by you.

My wife and I developed a trust in Jason that we actually made our purchase "sight unseen." We had flown back home and stayed in communication with Jason. When a potential property
became available, he went out and visited and gave us a virtual tour and in his estimation, he felt we would enjoy the home. Jason was right! We purchased it without ever setting
foot inside. We love this home! Thank you again Jason!

We never had more fun buying a home! Jason is easy to talk with, he listens to your wants and needs, and he knows his craft. We found Jason by filling out our information online and he was the first one to reach out. He was kind, patient and consistent. But never overbearing. After an introduction phone call with Jason my husband and I felt very comfortable and flew into Norfolk airport from out of state. Jason was kind enough to pick me and my husband up from the hotel. He educated and showed us the many different areas and took us on home tours of interest in just a few days. Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, etc. Side note: We have never been to Virginia! Well, it’s obvious we loved it!
We didn’t find what we were looking for until we were back home searching online. But because Jason had educated us on the different areas we felt confident and Jason was happy to take us on a FaceTime tour. Jason’s builder’s knowledge also played a part in his ability which added to our confidence and trusted that this was a great home and location. We made an offer with the guidance of Jason and just like that we were on our way back to Virginia within weeks. Honestly it’s been a wonderful experience. When we opened up our front door for the first time it was better then we imagined. We are so grateful to Jason and his team who made this experience so much better than we ever thought possible.
