Before becoming a real estate agent eight years ago, I spent 15 years as a mortgage lender, giving me a well-rounded understanding of the entire home-buying process. We got recommendation to work with Jason from a friend and we're very happy we worked with him.
We were looking for a land to build our house and had no previous experience with that and didn't know where to start. Jason led us through the process, helped find the right sources, pointed out to the right people to survey the land once we found the parcel.
It was an immense help we got and couldn't wish for anything better. Thanks to Jason we've found our land and made an informed decision.

We already knew Jason was a very good real estate agent. He had sold the homes of my brother-in-law and that of some dear friends. They highly recommended him and so when it came time to sell my mother’s home we contacted him. He was very thorough in preparing this home for listing. As others have mentioned, he guided us every step of the way, communicated well, and took care of everything that came up. He handled a few repairs and arranged the staging … all very professionally done. My wary sister, who flips houses, was won over by his knowledge of the market … especially since he didn’t ask us to update the house. The house was only in the market for 6 days and we had a signed offer for the price we wanted. Thanks Jason!

We met Jason accidentally because he was selling our neighbor’s house. We had already talked to 2 other agents, but our neighbor convinced us we should talk to Jason because they had done business with him before and held him in high regard. They were right. One visit with Jason convinced us he would be the right choice for us.
We needed to downsize big time, get rid of 47 years of accumulated furniture & household stuff and get some minor repair and updates taken care of all while dealing with a lot of outside time consuming issues. Jason just stepped in and took care of everything! From managing all the estimates and repairs to suggesting how to dispose of the furniture and goods and junk we could not take with us. (Ask him about this terrific deal!)
After the inspection he ordered, several larger issues were raised, including a new roof and chimney repairs and Jason took care of dealing with these as well as other smaller things. All we needed to do was look at the ideas and estimates, say yes or no and write a check when it was done to his satisfaction. With the market declining, we were afraid we had missed the boat getting our house out there, but Jason kept giving us positive vibes and sure enough he got it listed on a Friday afternoon and we couldn’t believe the activity. Agents were confirming viewings like crazy clear into Monday. We were meeting with Jason that Sunday early afternoon for another reason, and by the time we had finished our meeting he had 3 offers. With a little negotiating Jason sold our home for $50,000 over list. We were ecstatic! We can’t say enough about Jason. He and his team guided us through all the paperwork and signing and we were able to do it all online. We closed in just over 4 weeks. If you need to sell your home, give Jason a call!!
