Jason helped me sell my home so that I would move out of state. The process of selling my house went very smooth. Jason made sure to keep me updated and was always responsive with calls/texts. He was very knowledgeable and professional but also down to earth. He was always very confident which helped me also feel confident about selling. Jason represented us in buying and selling our first investment property. He could see the same potential in the home as we knew was there. From a buyers perspective, it was straight forward and to the point, we were able to close within 3 weeks. When it came time to sell, we couldn't have been happier with how he represented us, from professional photography, and an incredibly descriptive listing, working through some buyers request, and still able to close within in 5 weeks of the listing day. Jason Fink is an amazing person. He takes his time with his clients, never rushes and never forces anything, the man will show you 100 houses just so you know you have the right house to turn into a home. Jason is very connected. I never had to find anyone to do anything you need/need to do to close on a home. He goes beyond the title of realtor and takes every extra mile for clients to the point you don’t feel like a client but a homie.
