Jason began his career in real estate in 2014 after a 20-year career in higher education, specifically working with the academic and personal success of student-athletes at 5 different Division 1 institutions. He is a very passionate and loyal individual, and makes a personal and professional commitment to all of his clients!

His focus as a Real Estate Professional is to educate his clients to help make the best decisions as possible and provide them with a top notch experience. Jason has lived in many states throughout the Midwest, personally owning numerous homes of his own, which enhanced his knowledge and awareness of the home buying/selling experience. That background, along with the experience of serving over 250 clients and continued passion for helping people, is what Jason brings to the table every day.

One main core value of PIH is Community and giving back to many local area causes. After every closing, Jason personally donates to the Children's Miracle Network in his clients' name and is a CMN Miracle Agent. He is also a proud supporter of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation, the Oregon Area Food Pantry, among others.

Jason resides in Oregon, WI with his wife, 2 children, and 2 rescue dogs. When not assisting people with real estate, the Holtman's enjoy traveling together, attending sporting events, and hanging out with friends. He is a member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation Board of Directors.
