As first time home buyers, we felt so lucky to have worked with Jason. We were pretty nervous about the whole process and having to add in today’s crazy market made it both nerve wracking and overwhelming. However, Jason made the entire process for us enjoyable! This includes being outbid a few times and viewing countless homes.

From the start, Jason made us feel comfortable and at ease. He is so personable and also very empathetic so he could tell when we weren’t sure about a home or even if we were trying to convince ourselves we could make it work. He didn’t want us to buy a home that was “okay”. He wanted our home to be one we loved and could see ourselves growing with. Another thing we really appreciated about Jason was that he never tried to upsell any homes and would actually point out some potential major issues we’d have to get fixed that we didn’t even notice. So, working with Jason was kind of like having a pre-home inspection, which was beyond helpful. He was communicative the entire time and when there would be a week with no new listings, he would still reach out to us to check in and see how we were feeling. Even though he had so many other clients he was working with at the same time, he was always attentive and responsive. When we finally had an offer accepted, we hit an issue with our lender on closing day. Jason kept us calm the entire time and helped us get it resolved. We were already grateful for him in helping us find our home but we were beyond grateful for him this day. He goes above and beyond to find you a home and is with you every step of the way.

Jason was more like working with a friend helping you than just somebody wanting to sell your property. He was available to answer our questions whenever we needed answers. He really cares about you as a person and goes above and beyond what I would deem necessary from a realtor. He helped us prepare for the sale up to and including the closing. He is a very kind, sincere person. I very highly recommended him. He really knows what it takes to sell a home!!

Jason was referred to us by our mortgage lender, Guild Mortgage. As first-time home buyers, my wife and I had never worked with a real estate agent before, nor were we familiar with what to expect. To say the least, we were immediately impressed with Jason’s personability, knowledge of both real estate and construction, and diligence to find us options every day.

He constantly remained flexible in showing us houses no matter the time or location, and he would help answer any questions we had during walkthroughs. Jason was also great with our young kids who’d often be there with us. At no point during our experiences with him did we ever feel pressured or insulted for asking to see more houses.

Jason was also paramount in getting our offer accepted. Despite having to compete against other offers, he gave us great advice to make ours as attractive as possible. My wife and I now live in the house we wanted most and couldn’t be happier.

If you are a first-time home buyer, or feel your current agent isn’t doing enough for you, I highly recommend Jason. He is incredibly good at his job and is an all-around great guy to work with.

For my wife and I, selecting a real estate broker to help in our recent housing market needs went far beyond simply identifying a resource who can transact a deal. With technology resources available, many are able to search and filter inventory on their own. However, it was greatly important for us to align with a real estate broker who takes the time to sincerely get to know their clients and continually view the scenario from their client’s unique perspective. This is why we chose Jason Iverson as broker for our recent sale. Jason has all of the capabilities that you would expect in a quality broker, including detailed knowledge of the housing market and inventory, but he also brings many intangible values that set him apart. Jason always represented us to other parties in a positive and professional manner. He was extremely responsive and thorough in communication as well as making his schedule meet our needs. Certainly the transaction of the deal is important as well. Our selling experience felt very unique to us, as we were first time home sellers. Jason is simply amazing so I don’t know where to begin. He’s hardworking, smart, and incredibly customer oriented. When we started working together he took to the time to truly get to know what I was looking for because he genuinely cares about making his customers, like me, happy. He instantly made me feel like a priority and was sending me properties that I was interested in right away. He has quick follow up and was happy to do showings anytime and work with me around my busy schedule. He has a fantastic knowledge of homes and understanding of the market in WI since he’s spent a majority of his life here. I knew I could trust him with understanding a good price and location so we could feel confident in our decision. I couldn’t more highly recommend working with Jason.
