We bought our first house back in 2009 with Jason and the experience was so smooth and he was incredibly knowledgeable and great to work with. I reached back out to Jason this year to sell my parent's house due to their passing. Jason was very helpful, responsive and empathetic to the overall difficult situation. Its stressful selling your first home and without the guidance from Jason and his team I feel it would have never went as smooth as it did. I had a few conversations with Jason about selling and he said when your ready to let him know. He was not pushy, never brought it up if I hadn't mentioned it first and when I had questions about what to do in my home before putting it up for sale he was always quick to respond with quality advice. Jason is amazing! As first time homebuyers during the peak of the COVID-19 closures, and buying from out of state Jason made the process smoother than we ever expected! He was always willing to hop on a call, very responsive to emails, ready to have zoom tours when we wanted to see a house, and still just as helpful even after closing on our home. We appreciate all the work he put in to help us come home and we would definitely work with him again!
