Jason was great. He was very knowledgeable, hard working, great communication, professional, fair and honest. Up front about everything and wasn't afraid to inform us of anything or to explain something. I was a first time home buyer and with my own research and Jason's expertise, buying a home felt less stressful than buying a car. I needed to do very little in the matter once we got our financing and chose a house. I would recommend Jason to anyone local to the central Florida area. Especially Veteran’s. Jason knows everything needed and what to expect for VA buyers. If I had to give any constructive criticism I would just say that he is a little apprehensive about making lower offers on homes. However, that was more based on his experience with current market and not a personal boundry. He wouldn't hesitate to make any offer a buyer wanted to put in. He just wants his buyers to be successful with their bids and their understanding of the market. I respect that honesty. Good guy to work with. I'll use Jason again when I decide to buy or sell. I will also recommend him to my family and friends. A honest trustworthy realtor is hard to come by these days.

I just purchased my first house and I don’t think I could have done it without Jason I work long hours and can’t be available to for every thing. Jason did 99% of the work all I had to do was agree or disagree and he would also steer me in the right direction when veering of course. Plus he dealt with the selling agent so I didn’t have to and they probably would like what I had to say. In summary thank you Jason I couldn’t have done it without you Thanks Again for everything

I truly cannot overstate how positive my experience was working with Jason on buying my first home. Before finding Jason, I had talked to other realtors and quickly realized he was the real deal. He was straightforward, honest, and incredibly patient — walking me through every doubt I had (and trust me, there were plenty). He showed me multiple houses, answered every question, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Jason is not only honest and down-to-earth, but he’s also a master of his craft, and it shows. I would highly recommend him to anyone — and already have — because without a doubt, he’s the best.

I have worked with Jason since the purchase of my first home in 2018. Since then he has helped with the sale and the purchase of a new home for my growing family. I don’t know what to say without sounding cliché.. However, Jason IS NOT your average realtor. He is a master of his craft and treats every situation like it’s his own. He leaves NO stone unturned and will find every bit of information pertaining to your sale or purchase that will ensure you come out on top. When it comes to negotiating and working on your behalf his skills can’t be matched. I’m beyond grateful for the time, energy, and effort Jason has put in for my family. I recently listed and sold my home with Jason. What can I say other than he is absolutely awesome! I am a retired realtor myself and have worked with many different realtors. Jason has taken the "stress and hassle" out of our buying and selling needs. He has been an excellent communicator since the 1st time we spoke. He responds immediately or within a timely manner to my calls, texts and emails. When we wanted to purchase a new construction home, he guided us and provided more insight than the builder. When it came time to our final walkthrough, he made a list of everything needing to be corrected, taking the stress off of me. I highly recommend using him for buying (even a new build) and selling!
