Jason did a fantastic job helping me buy a house. He immediately searched listings for me and promptly set up showings. As I walked through homes he pointed out things that could/should reduce the value as well as things he felt were indicatons of a well cared for home. Jason helped immensely during the negotiation process especially when we hit a few snags (due to seller error) right before closing. Also, Jason is genuinely a nice, honest, decent guy.

As first time home buyers we went in blind, setting up showings with multiple Realtors, some responding some not. Jason was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. Whether it was early morning or a weekend evening, he did his best to answer our questions with lightning speed. Even after closing, he helped solve some ongoing issues with the previous owners, and continues to check in with us. As he gains more experience we're sure his negotiating skills will only get stronger!

Jason made the purchase of my new home a wonderful experience! He was always on top of the houses that came on the market in my price range and in the location that I wanted to buy in. He was very quick to respond to all of my needs during the process. He was always available to go look at homes even at scheduling viewings on the same day! Jason is an outstanding person and realtor. We couldn't have asked for a better person to help us sell our home. He is very genuine, so whenever we received feedback from him we always knew it was with great intent and he had our best interests in mind. He was also very responsive when we reached out to him via email or phone. Since we had such a great experience with him, he is now helping us build our dream home!
