For ten years, Jason Nichols has been helping people buy, sell, and renovate homes in the Portland metropolitan area.

As a Portland native, Jason is an expert on the variety of neighborhoods that make up the Portland real estate market. He works with an array of clients, from first-time home buyers and sellers to savvy investors and builders. Knowing each person has an individual and unique level of experience with buying/selling real estate, he customizes his services to meet the needs of each client. In addition, he wants to help his clients clearly understand each step of the process. This can include how the mortgage process works, helping understand contracts, picking great inspectors, what to have inspected, and what maintenance to expect in a new home.

Initially, he started with property renovation and was later inspired to get his real estate license by the agent who helped him, and his wife buy their first investment property in the Woodstock Neighborhood. During their home search, his realtor counseled them out of risky short-term decisions and helped them focus on their long-term choices for the best investment possible. Jason strives to be that voice of reason. His goal is to help others make wise decisions and guide them away from investments that may not benefit them in the long run.
