About Jason
Jason Noble's great grandfather settled in San Benito County in 1873 coming from the Basque region of the Pyrenees Mountains between France and Spain. Owning a small ranch outside Tres Pinos, his grandfather was a rancher, businessman, real estate broker, County Supervisor, and wore many other hats!
His mother was a real estate broker and moved them back to Hollister in 1979 because as she put it, “San Jose is filling up, and people will start moving here”. She was right! Even with the high interest rates of 1981 and 1982, they were still coming for the way of life and the comfortable climate we offer.
He quit high school in his Junior year to start college (because his father passed away when he was young, he was a “Reaganomics phase out” for Social Security benefits). After graduating from CSU Fresno on a Friday, with a degree in Business Administration, and an option in Marketing, he started work at Coldwell Banker Pivetti Real Estate on the following Monday!
In late 2001, Tom Nino “made him an offer he couldn’t refuse” and he started work at the newly formed Nino Real Estate. He has been doing this since 1988. He is now a broker. He is on his second and last marriage with his wife, Carolyn. He has a wonderful daughter from his first marriage, Jerica Anne. They live outside of Tres Pinos on the remaining ranch lands of his family.
He is currently one of 25 Directors at large for the California Association of Realtors® and Past President for the San Benito County Association of Realtors®. In addition, he is a member of the General Plan Advisory Committee, and past Director for the San Benito County Heritage Foundation. He is also a former President and Board Member for the Ridgemark Village Homeowners’s Association (2000-2003), as well as Past President and Director for the Hazel Hawkins Hospital Foundation (1992-1998).
