Society tends to make you believe that buying a home is such a stressful experience, especially your first home. However, Jason and his team made buying our first home a smooth and easy process. We were treated like family but represented like we were real estate moguls. We could not be any happier with our experience and would recommend Jason and Grand Strand Coastal Realty to anybody in the market to buy or sell a home.

UPDATE:

It was time to upgrade our home in order to expand our family. Jason turned dreams into reality for my family by helping us negotiate a deal on a new home while also selling our current home in just a few short weeks. Our house was under contract sight unseen in under 48 hours. I credit Jason for this remarkably quick sale. He is exceedingly detail-oriented and hardworking. Before we even hired him to represent us, we had already interviewed three other agents. All three wanted to sell our house at a much lower price. Jason, on the other hand, gave us a few simple and inexpensive suggestions that allowed us to get the asking price we wanted. Unlike other realtors who would wait to see what would happen to a product, Jason went out to sell his product. I mean this in a very literal way. The night that our house went live online, Jason was busy calling buyer agents to personally introduce our house to them and that is how our house became noticed within our hours. Jason was the listing agent on a piece of property we wanted in Murrell's Inlet, SC. We live in New Jersey, so we contacted Jason by phone in order to make an offer on the property, and he promptly responded. Jason emailed us all the necessary paperwork the same day and presented our offer. Jason called us within a day to let us know the offer was accepted. He assisted us through emails with all of the necessary paperwork and gave us a local contact for financing...who was also very responsive and helpful. Just before closing, the owners of the property decided they did not want to pay a $500 closing fee that was listed as their responsibility. Jason immediately stepped in, offering to pay the fee out of his commission in order for the deal to proceed - this offer was made before we even had a chance to say that we did not want to pay the fee, as it had already been assigned to the seller. The deal proceeded without a hitch! Having purchased and sold a number of properties previously, we can honestly say this was the least stressful and most pleasant experience we have ever had...and it was all done from out of state. By the time we made arrangements to travel to Myrtle Beach to visit the various condo complexes and units, we had already narrowed our choices down to the most valuable and fitting for our purposes. From the very start of our relationship with Jason, we were thoroughly impressed with his outstanding attitude, knowledge of the real estate market and outstanding professionalism. Jason’s total demeanor and positive business attitude resonated a personal quality hard to find in today’s working class. The relationship with Jason and his staff transformed beyond just business, and rendered a bond of friendship that will be cherished for years to come.
We have come to know Jason as a person with a high degree of honesty, honor, and integrity with work and business ethics surpassing others in the world of business. He is a fine young man who has gone above and beyond our expectations.
