About Jason

I have been a licensed real estate salesperson for RealtyUSA since 2007 and as of 3/2016, I have closed over $34,000,000 in home sales in volume and have closed hundreds of properties for my respective clients.

My primary areas of real estate are representing buyers and sellers of single family homes. However, I have extensive experience in investment properties and short sales as well. In addition, I have sold condo's, penthouse suites in downtown Buffalo, waterfront properties, farms, churches and vacant land.

My expertise in real estate is reinforced by my Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership that I had earned while practicing full time real estate and teaching adult education at Erie Community College in downtown Buffalo. It was during my service that in 2011, I earned New York State Teacher of the Year from NYACCE. I am still currently teaching part time at the college. The areas of focus that are applicable to real estate are teamwork, diversity recognition, negotiations, and conflict resolution.

With my teaching background, I am an advocate of continuing professional education. I currently am EPRO certified and will have my GRI certification by the end of 2016. In addition, I have also applied to be a real estate class instructor to assist my fellow peers in a variety of areas of real estate.

What this means is that no matter what the price is of the sale, or location of the sale, you will have my full attention and care.

We never felt forced to make an offer and he was always patient with us when looking at homes, when we finally found the one he was there with his excellent experience and knowledge to walk us through each step of the way with ease.
