Jason Song

Jason Song has specialized in the sale of multi-family and apartment complexes with Cottonwood since 2009. He brings a wealth of experience in finance and marketing to each real estate transaction. Prior to real estate, he worked for LG Electronics Company, Inc. as a Finance and Marketing Manager for 10 years in Seoul, Korea and Huntsville, Alabama, during which time he was responsible for analyzing new business feasibility, managing company budgets and business planning. He is a graduate of the Owen Management School at Vanderbilt University and is currently pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A native of South Korea, Jason currently lives in Harrisonburg, Virginia with his wife Shin Ji, a teacher at JMU, and their son. He is an active Board Member of the Mercy House, and his family is a member of Harrisonburg Mennonite Church.
