Jason is the absolute BEST in his industry, and a total superstar to have at the helm of your real-estate transaction. As our family began the process of moving our “senior” mom from 3000 square feet home to 900 in a local adult living community, with all four siblings living out of state, we knew we needed someone local to help on our stead. While we could begin the process with extended prep trips, we could not be at Mom’s side to attend to every detail that crops up during a large move. Jason stepped in and treated our mom like she was his own. Jason cheerfully attended to myriad details that could stall progress towards listing, and it provided peace of mind to those of us at a distance. He cut and replaced 8 basement ceiling tiles, helped move furniture to the new place that missed the moving van, helped her sell her dining room table and ward off several scammers, replaced lightbulbs in the basement, assisted her with a change of address…the list continues. ALL of these details add up to beyond stellar customer service. Additionally, he coordinated the move with the siblings who span two continents and a 13-hour time difference. No easy undertaking, but we always knew Mom and her home sale were in the best of hands. His patience in dealing with all the family members who were assisting from near and far, as well as in coordinating all the necessary in-person appointments with my mom speaks to an overwhelming compassion for people; he is not in this business to just make a commission, he is out to help people live their dreams during what can be a very stressful transition. I would recommend Jason to anyone who would like a top selling price, achieved with all his meticulous prep work, and a smooth transition into their new home. Jason hit all the marks. He sold my townhome in a day. He was honest and frank about pricing it right and I got $5k over asking. He went to bat for me when the buyer's requests got just plain unreasonable. He replied to an email at 9:30pm on a Sunday night!! I don't expect anyone to do that but just know his clients are his priority and I felt that all the way thru!

Jason is amazing! Originally we had submitted a request on a real estate website inquiring about a rental property. It so happened that the property we were interested in was no longer available. Jason was very quick to respond to this inquiry. However, he did not leave us hanging. He found many, many properties for us to look at, based on what we told him we were looking for. Not only, did he provide us with numerous options, he also was very accommodating to our schedules. Jason was very honest and up-front about each property we viewed. Pros and cons were discussed at each meeting. Jason was always available when we needed to speak to him and if we had any questions, especially given the fact that we were on a tight timeline. Jason found us a townhouse in Orland that fit our needs and wants perfectly. We have never been happier. He is truly an exceptional realtor, who places the interests of his clients above all else. Jason helped me get my dream home during the COVID-19 shutdown. I highly suggest going with his recommendations for financing companies to work with ( I did not and had some regrets!). He walked me into my closing even though the shelter in place was in effect and made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed! Highly recommend!
