About Jason

I started my real estate career in 2005 with RE/MAX Aerospace Realty, and have been helping Sellers and Buyers achieve their real estate goals for over a decade. I am a true Florida native, having been born and raised on the Space Coast. My father was a local business owner for many years, and my mother worked for NASA, helping launch Brevard County to new heights. She has since retired from Kennedy Space Center, and my father is now also a top producing Realtor® with RE/MAX Aerospace.

Because of my roots, I am very familiar with the Space Coast and hold a deep personal interest in it. In 2011, I decided to further serve Brevard County by becoming a local police officer. My Sellers and Buyers are my top priority, however I still help my community and fellow Officers when called upon.

I am a graduate of the Space Coast Association of Realtors Leadership Academy, and currently sit on it’s MLS Committee, Professional Standards Committee, and Citation panel. I am a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP©), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE©), Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE©, recipient of the RPAC Statesman Coin, and was just honored with the Space Coast Associate of Realtor’s 2017 “Rising Star” award.

Thanks to its global network and stellar reputation, RE/MAX is the leader in real estate. My office in particular, is the largest in Brevard County with five locations. I am truly passionate about real estate and enjoy every aspect of it. I utilize the latest technology and marketing methods, combined with excellent customer service, to exceed the average home buying or selling experience. I am proud to say that I am ranked in the top 5% of the Space Coast Association Board of Realtors, ranked in the top 100 out of 5,000 Brevard County Realtors, and continually achieve “Top Producer” status.
