Jathan was very professional with each visit that we had with him we started looking for a place to buy, and then we decided to put it off for a bit and I let him know that. He called one afternoon amd said I thunk I found a house that would be perfect for what you guys are wanting. So we went and looked at the house and liked everything we saw. We made an offer that night and it was accepted. He kept us up to date on every process that was going on. We were fortunate enough to be able to close within one month of putting the offer in. I highly recommend Jathan to anyone looking for a place to live or even to rent out as an investment property.
