It was amazing experience working with Mr. Jatinder and team. Specially, Mr. Jatinder and Ms. Rubina. I am a first time home buyer and had no knowledge or experience as an immigrant. They helped me from finding my home to insaurance to finding an amazing attorney and also the mortgage when my loan almost got denied from a Bank just a few days before closing.
Mr. Jatinder is an amazing person and just beyond a realtor. They were always there when I needed them.
I am forever grateful to them.

While we were looking for a house to buy we met Jatinder in an open house. First thing we noticed was he was very pleasant to talk to and we wanted him to represent us as a buyer's agent.
Jatinder guided us immensely, he explained the styles of houses and helped us figure out what type of house we would like. This helped us focus on only the houses we liked. He is knowledgeable in estimating repair and renovations in a house which enabled us to make informed decision. We bought our first house in Long Island and had Jatinder as our realtor. He guided us every step of the way and was always a phone call away. Even though the market conditions weren't ideal when we started our search, he showed us 30+ houses personally over several weekends till we found THE house. After contract was signed, he has provided us with multiple contacts for various tasks that we require for upkeep and maintenance of the property. Jatinder is probably one of the most easy going yet competent and effective real estate agent I’ve ever come across. Not only did he make the home searching process for me and my family extremely simple and even enjoyable, but he also went the extra mile to ensure that our needs were met while keeping our expectations realistic.
