I worked with Jatinder on the other side of a real estate transaction recently. He advocated for his clients and was instrumental in getting their offer accepted, despite rounds of negotiations. While we were looking for a house to buy we met Jatinder in an open house. First thing we noticed was he was very pleasant to talk to and we wanted him to represent us as a buyer's agent.
Jatinder guided us immensely, he explained the styles of houses and helped us figure out what type of house we would like. This helped us focus on only the houses we liked. Jatinder is probably one of the most easy going yet competent and effective real estate agent I’ve ever come across.
