My husband and I were referred to Javier by a friend. After our first meeting, we knew we found the perfect man for the job of helping us find our first home.
Javier listened to what we were looking for, the area we wanted to stay within, and the budget we had set. He answered all our questions, put us at ease when we had doubts. Javier delivered! We stayed within budget. Got into the neighborhood we wanted and Love.

Javier and Erika are awesome!! I found Javier on Yelp and after reading the great reviews I sent Javier my contact information. He called me within minutes and introduced himself. My husband and I later met with Javier to discuss our options for purchasing our first home. Javier walked us through the process and answered all my husbands questions. We knew then we found the right person! Our situation got a bit complicated along the way because of the sellers agent but Javier was always there supporting us and seeing us through! He made that difficult process a lot more tolerable. We are now in our new home and very grateful for Javier and Erika. They are honest, supportive and always have a positive attitude. Thank you both for all your help!

Buying a house is a very overwhelming process, unless you have Javier in your corner. Javier made the process simple and painless. He's very knowledgeable and willing to do anything for you. Always willing to answer any questions and go tour properties no matter the time of the day.

Escrow seemed to breeze by and we were able to close really fast as well. Way down to earth guy and will exceed all expectations. I have already recommended him to a friend and he's blown away by the service as well.

Hello to all friends and neighbors. Have you ever felt helpless and didn’t know what to do? This was me and my family a few months ago.
Just a couple days after thanksgiving we received a notice saying that we had 60 days to move from the house we had rented for 18 years. We had to pull ourselves together and figure out what to do. We discovered that the cost of renting a house was going to be a lot more than what we were paying so we decided to look into the possibility of buying a house.
We began our search online and called about one of the houses for sale. A realestate agent met us and showed us a few houses for about 2 weeks never asking what we could afford or having us do any paperwork to find out what we would qualify for. Needless to say a good two weeks were wasted.
While talking to my husbands niece and her husband we were told they have someone that we need to talk to. That person was Javier and Erika Alvarez.
Upon talking with Javier he immediately gave us hope. Javier let us know what we needed to have and had us meet with his wife Erika that day. Erika took all of our information and was able to get us qualified within a few days. We then met with Javier who began showing us houses. Javier and Erika went out of their way to make sure it happened for us. They really cared. We had many questions and every time we called they were there for us always putting our minds at ease. I seriously don’t think that anyone else would have done half of what they did for us. Javier and Erika Alvarez are an amazing team and amazing people.

We had another agent for about 4 weeks. He strung us along saying he would show us properties and send us listings. Didn't get a single listing nor did we get any paperwork on our pre approval. We were the one's driving around looking for houses and asking him the status and they were all "out of reach". Got fed up and was recommended by a family friend to Javier Alvarez. Within days of meeting with him we got our golden letter of approval stating we were pre-qualified and we could start shopping around and placing offers. He signed us up with the Home Spotter App and off we went house hunting! Javier had us write down the top five things we didn't want and must haves for our home. In today's market we were sure to only get about 2-3 of the things we wanted. Javier pulled it off. Our must haves' were 1-big lot. 2-room to expand. 3-parking. 4-garage. 5-no pool. WOW and WOW! We fired our previous agent and In less than 30 days we found a home that fit our needs. Javier placed our offer and we were accepted. We were on our way to home ownership with Javier. His lovely wife Erika Alvarez handled our funding and saw to it, that we got the best rate and stayed within our budget. We felt comfortable thru every step as first time home buyers. When we were in doubt we could give either of them a call and they explained and answered all of our concerns and set us at ease. We highly recommend Alvarez Real Estate Group. We closed on our home and received our keys on July 31st. Best decision we made was going with Javier and Erika. We will be forever grateful to them for helping us with our new home.
