I would recommend Jay to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Arizona Phoenix area Jay has been very dependable he answers all phone calls goes beyond the call of a realtor to find out the information on properties that are listed he has worked with us and we have been very picky about what we want and in no hurry and Jay has stuck by us and is helping us look for the perfect home he's very sociable very easy to speak with very reliable and dependable I never worry about him not returning a call when we are seeking more information on a property that does catch our attention since we are 1400 miles from Surprise Az our primary location for our next home.

Jay was awesome in helping me and my fiance our very 1st home.Very trustworthy and upfront on any all details. He Took care of us and got us the help we needed. he made himself available any and all times for us and drove from city to city. Jay has the knowledge, the tools, and service ability like no other. He is a cut above the rest. Realtors may be a dime a dozen but in actuality, there is only 1 Jay Almeida.

When I was looking for my current home it took about a year to find the home that I was looking for. Jay was amazingly patient and never hesitated to show me homes that I wanted to see and he showed me some homes with a No Notice time frame. I would call him and if he wasn't busy he would show me the homes I wanted to see within about 30 minutes. Jay is truly the best at what he does. I would recommend Jay to all my friends.

Using Jay as your agent is the best possible choice you could make. He is easy and friendly to work with. He is very professional and answers all questions, worries, concerns in a timely and efficient manner. We languished on the market for months with no real offers and were beginning to lose hope that we would ever sell our home. Everyone kept saying, It just takes one buyer! Your house is perfect! But 6 months was a long time to be on the market! Jay listed our home Thursday, we had a showing on Friday, an unofficial offer that evening, and the official offer Monday afternoon. We closed a few weeks after that. Jay is such a great asset to have on your team! You will not regret using him as your agent; whether you are buying or selling your home he is the person you want in your corner. We will never use another agent again!
