I just sold my home, and had the pleasure of working with Jay Himelson. He listens to what it is your looking for, and truly went above and beyond to make the sale go as smoothly as possible. Realtors often forget about the emotional attachment that sellers have to their homes. Jay did not, and he made me feel like I was in charge of the sale of my home. I highly recommend him.

Jay Himelson is a top notch professional who goes above & beyond for his clients. He was able to find us the PERFECT home very quickly. He took the time to truly listen to what we were looking for in our dream home - many people claim to listen, but Jay perfected this skill. In addition, he is a vessel of immense knowledge when it comes to a house. Plumbing, electrical, structural, engineering, gardens, decorating, renovation ideas, etc - he gave us so many good tips & advice. We highly recommend Jay for 5-star service!!!
