It was a pleasure working with Jay! Very stand up guy. He helped me and my wife sell our home and buy another. We Interviewed multiple agents and he stood out! Listing our home he had a plan outlined that was not your typical “cookie cutter” marketing plan. It worked well and our house sold with multiple offers over asking. He helped us buy our new home as well, and really gave us an honest opinion and didn’t try to just sell us something quick which I found agents tend to do. He was very responsive and easy to get a hold of. He has endless resources from contractors, home inspectors and attorneys. It wasn’t just business through out the transaction, my wife and I made a new lifetime friend. I would recommend him to anyone. We’ve referred him to a few people already and the feedback was that he did a “fantastic job.” Highly recommend! Best of luck Jay!

if you are looking for a reliable agent who has a very hands on approach to helping you through the buying and selling sales process I highly recommend Jay Irvine. He is very transparent with his communication with his clients and always strives to go the extra mile. He has a proactive not reactive approach where he sets proper expectations with people so that there’s no surprises. Jay is the best realtor I know! He is efficient and responsive. He made the process easy and stress free! We had to list our prior home, it was our first time and he did great, he has many resources. Then when we had to buy he really helped us though the process. He explained everything in detail, had a whole folder of informational pamphlets and recommendations for inspectors, lawyers and even got us a 15% discount on our insurance! You will not be disappointed!!

Jay represented me in the purchase of my home in early 2019. He was able to get the sellers to install an exterior curtain drain that would have cost me thousands of dollars to put in myself. The contract, inspection and closing went off without a hitch. I strongly recommend that any one interested in buying or selling call him immediately.

I highly recommend Jay Irvine whether you are in the market to buy a home or to sell a home. He is a very knowledgeable realtor that goes above and beyond.
