When selling my parents home there were many questions and he was a phone call away always prompt with returning my call. Jay is great to work with and so is his team! I worked with him to purchase my first home and he made the process very easy and walked me through everything. He is great at communicating, knows the industry well, and a very hard worker. Jay also has connections to a local lender which is so convenient and made for a seamless process. I was able to close in under 30 days which is almost unheard of! Would highly recommend Jay not only for his background in real estate, but also as a person. When it comes to Jay Mosby, there is not one negative thing I could say! Jay and I worked together for almost 2 years to get my family into our perfect home and EVERY single time he showed us a property he came with 100% professionalism and knowledge. Once Jay knew what I was looking for he would send me a home almost immediately after they were listed, first in line for getting me a showing, and he came prepared with print outs on the homes information every single time. You can tell that Jay cares about his clients and goes above and beyond to make sure they completely understand the home buying process and options with just a call away. I had trouble with a out of state lender and Jay had many local connections that took care of the situation with in 10 minutes. I would recommend Jay to anyone I know who is in the market and know with out a doubt they were in safe hands. Over all, Jay is the go to guy for this area, he is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring. If I could give him 10 stars I would, because he deserves more then just 5! Jay’s insight on marketing effectively allowed us to sell our house in 6 months. He showed experience by informing us on every step of the process. We had used Zillow to house hunt and that was how we connected to Jay Mosby at Berkshire Hathaway. He was quick to return all our calls and helpful in narrowing down just the right house. He was patient as this a new area for us, and we had lots of questions and wanted to see as many houses as possible in a short amount of time. He had several houses ready to view and added more to adjust to things that we realized would be a better fit our needs in the area.
Then when a decision was made he continued to stay on top of all that needed to happen to make this as smooth a transaction as possible.
We can't say enough good things about Jay. So if you are looking for a great realtor, we think you will be very pleased with the service he provides.

We absolutely adore Jay! When it was time to sell our first starter house and move in to our forever home we sought his help on a whim but really connected at our first meeting. Our house was under contract less than 48 hours after it went on the market and we were closed and settled in our new home about a month later. Jay was helpful and accessible through the whole process (which can be a nightmare without someone in your corner!).
