Jay Richter

Jay “Grew up in Real Estate” watching his Dad lead a multi-office successful Real Estate Brokerage in the Ft Lauderdale area. The impact was obvious as Jay remembers, “Dad was always explaining the business to me and I’ll always remember his slogan, Service the Objective, Integrity the Creed.” Desiring this vocation for his life, Jay graduated with a degree in Real Estate from Florida State University in 1981. After graduation, Jay had a successful career in Real Estate sales for several years until committing full time to growing the careers of other Real Estate agents as a non-competitive Broker and coaching them since 1994 in Southwest Florida. For over 20 years Jay has held a Real Estate Brokers license and is also licensed as a Florida Real Estate Instructor. Jay’s instruction has allowed agents to excel in Sanibel Fl Real Estate. In just the last 7 years, agents starting out with no experience selling Real Estate have earned over 1.5 million dollars in commissions for themselves from Jay’s coaching! Jay resides in Fort Myers with his wife Lori and they have four children and a granddaughter. “When I’m not helping agents, I’m enjoying family time, boating, competitive water skiing, Triathlon training and learning more about the Lord."
