Jay is an excellent realtor. He helped us sell our old home and buy a new one in this crazy market. Our work with Jay started when he advised us on what we could do to get our house ready to sell. That was very helpful and his advice turned out to be right on the mark. Our house was in contract on the 2nd day of showings and for well over asking. Jay helped us maneuver the contract, the appraisal, communication with the buyers and closing. As our buyer’s agent, he showed us many properties and patiently answered our endless questions. To say Jay and team are best in class, just isn’t enough. We went through quite a time in the 6 months we were house hunting, and the market at the moment is absolutely crazy! At no point in the process did we ever feel lost, or overwhelmed, or defeated and I know we owe that experience to Jay.

From the beginning, he ensures you have a view and understanding you of the market to help you make a decision you feel good about! That support and guidance holds true throughout the entire experience as well. I was never left with a question unanswered, and I never felt like I was asking a silly question, or expressing a silly idea. We were also able to view just about every house we wanted, even with them going off market almost instantly, thanks to Jay being able to work with our schedules and book as soon as possible.

I can honestly say I don’t think we would have gotten into the house we did, a house we fell in love with immediately, if it weren’t for Jay. We had originally been outbid and told they were not accepting back ups. Jay, without provocation, kept in touch with that realtor over the following weeks just to check in, as we continued looking. We were texting to set up a viewing of another house, when Jay called saying “You’re not going to believe this but…” going on to let us know that if our offer still stood..the house was ours!

I couldn’t have imagined finding and landing the home we did, let alone having a pretty good time doing it. If you’re thinking of selling, buying, or just recommending to somebody…I can confidently say Jay is the best option for you.

Jay was our realtor in the recent sale of our home in MIngo Estates (Pickerington). In the preceding months of our sale effort, we ask Jay to come to our home and share some changes/upgrades we should consider. This was very helpful in prioritizing our plans and arranging a schedule for getting all the pre-sale work done. My wife Anna and I were introduced to Jay a couple of months before we started looking for our first home. When the time came we reached out to Jay and he took care of us as if we were family.
