Jay’s dad owned Realty One back in the '70s. It may not have been this Realty ONE but it is still serendipitous that Jay is now a real estate broker with Realty ONE. By all accounts, his dad was a good man and a great real estate broker. He seemed to know and like everyone in town. And he loved helping people find the home or land of their dreams. He set a very high bar for Jay to live up to, but he is committed to providing the same high level of customer service with the same amount of joy and enthusiasm that he did.
Jay has over 25 years of experience working with land and water transactions and management. As a life-long professional land and water conservationist, Jay has worked with a variety of tools to obtain ownership and management rights. This diverse set of experiences help him to understand the needs of buyers and sellers as well as the circumstances of each home or land purchase.
