Jayne helped us sell the third home we lived in, and purchase our current home. Jayne is THE BEST realtor we have ever worked with. She makes you feel like you are her only client! Jayne helped us find the home the was right for us, not just any home. Jayne will get in the attic, crawl space, climb behind bushed, and look for all the little things you might miss when you are ohhing, and awing over the kitchen, or floors, or layout. She helps you know all the details you need to know to make an informed decision, as best as she can BEFORE you make an offer. We looked at a few homes that had “interesting” things going on with them. Jayne made phone calls to find out what was going on with the home or easement or other situations we encountered (and there were quite a few!).

She was patient when we were figuring out what we wanted, adjusted our search criteria to match what we liked and didn’t like. She was so kind when we were about to make an offer on a new build, and got cold feet, she didn’t make us feel bad, or push us to buy it anyway, and kept plugging away until we found the right one. She provided us comps for each listing we went to, and pointed out the similarities and differences so we could make an informed decision on what we wanted to offer. She networked and built relationships with the realtors listing the homes we made viewed, and made offers on. Jayne is in YOUR corner, not her own. She was very accessible, and when she was out of town provided a substitute to show us homes if we wanted.

When it came to selling our house, Jayne provided amazing feedback on what we could adjust to highlight our home, and make it more welcoming to potential buyers. She used comps to help us find the right price. She provided full service with booking appointments, but gave us the option to control that if we wanted. She coordinated with the buyer’s agent and attorney, and listed to me and calmed me down when our mover backed out the week before! Every referral for vendors that Jayne has provided us has been top notch, just like her. I am so glad we chose Jayne. Too bad this purchase was our forever home, because I would like to work with her again.

Jayne was so amazing to work with! She listened to everything we wanted out of a house and helped us find the perfect home. She was always available and got back with us quickly. Jayne was amazing from start to finish! We had a LOT of needs/wants for our dream home and she found it very quickly and helped every step of the way. I can't emphasize how responsive she was, I could text her at 10pm or 6am and she'd always respond within minutes! We couldn't be happier with our new home and are already making so many memories here. I'd recommend Jayne to anyone searching for their new home!
