I simply cannot say enough about Jayne and the wonderful assistance she offered when I decided to "downsize" and list my house.
She gave great advice on things I needed to do to get my best price;
was helpful and prompt with all the Paperwork. My house looked stupendous in the sales video she did. Sold fast for full price.
Most importantly to me was that contact and response time was always fast and informative. Jayne also helped me find a wonderful building lot.
If you work with Jayne you will be glad you did. The Best !!

We started our process of “What’s The Next Chapter” about 2yrs ago. We walked in Jayne’s office, on the Square in Dahlonega, with a few questions about the area and left with a wealth of knowledge and information. She gladly gave us her time and energy..Few months after that I requested a market analysis. Jayne and Rick promptly provided me with all the facts and figures I needed to make a decision about selling our property. Few months after that, we listed and within 2 weeks we had offers. I interviewed five realtors before making a decision to put my house on the market. I also paid a professional appraiser to evaluate my house and property. Jayne Hanlon presented the most impressive, thorough and professional appraisal and had done her research homework, not just of homes in my neighborhood but extensively with other Mountain View properties and comparable square footage. The proposal she and Rick presented included almost all of the evaluations the appraisal produced. Throughout the four months my house was viewed by prospective buyers, Jayne immediately responded to the selling agent’s questions. I spent many years of my career in marketing and was most impressed with the marketing and selling of my home, from the photographer’s superb footage up to the final closing moment. Five star service all the way!

Jayne and Rick are a fantastic real estate team They go above and beyond the during the whole process of selling your home. Their initial presentation is excellent, truly helping you determine the proper listing price for your home. They keep you informed during the entire process and help with advice dealing with pushy buyers agents. I've used Jayne and Rick twice and would not consider using anyone else.

Jayne and Rick Hanlon as a real estate team, are like crossing the Sahara Desert and finally arriving at an oasis complete with palm trees. Having endured a previous realtor for too many months with very few showings and almost no marketing, from the date we first met this team we were under contract in 12 days. Yes, luck often plays a role to some degree, but if selling a house is part science and part artistry, then they came forward as Madam Curie and Pablo Picasso. If you consider communication, dedication, focus on changing priorities, responsiveness, genuine abilities to effectively negotiate always representing your interests, caring attitude, and successful solid experience to be as important.....scratch that.......as critical as we do, then your expectations will unquestionably be exceeded by this extremely professional team.
